Well, really the opposite. The centre of this stairwell was lit by sodium lights, and when correcting the white balance for that, daylight turns a pretty blue.

Technically, horrible (handheld at 0.8s - didn't have the time to adjust aperture or ISO...). But I love the atmosphere.
Correction: the blur is a technical error which actually (lucky me) contributes to the atmosphere.

I think this is a lot improved over my first edit, thanks to slowdncr's help and suggested edit. (His edit was probably better than mine but changed the atmosphere in a direction I didn't want to go for.)
