This is the north side of the White House, home to the President of the United States of America. I visited with my family prior to a wedding (Congratulations Lauren and Francesco). The first bolt of lightning I've captured. I hastily set up shooting through a window (you can see the screen) and some power lines.

Through the same window as my first, I though the storm was over, and told myself this was the last frame. As I finished that thought, this is what I captured. I stayed a bit longer, but these were originally so dark I knew I couldn't capture any more.
